The simulative quantification of risks in procurement processes will represent critical dependencies between the internal performance creation process of particular bought-in parts in a model / a simulation. Furthermore it will review the effects and function of suitable operative measures.
The rudiments are set up by a requirements analysis. In this concept all procurement risks and measures are represented alike. Subsequently the risks as well as the measures will be assessed monetarily, thus transparently comparing measure's costs and benefits. This simulative quantification will be visualised by way of a tool and made public. Validation is realised in the form of a fictional scenario.
